How do I change the terms and conditions on Quilder Quotations and Invoices ?

Pulsion Helpdesk Quilder allows you to set the terms and conditions displayed on your quotes and invoices. You can have a separate set of terms and conditions for quotes than for invoices.
To enter your quote terms and conditions, go to the main menu and select Templates->Quote Template or Templates->Invoice Templates
As an example, the 'Quote Template' page is shown below:
Here you can enter a terms and conditions heading to show on your quotes. The default is 'Terms and Conditions', but you change this value.
You should also enter the terms and conditions of your quote. For example, if your quote is only valid for a specific period of time, then you can state this in your terms. If you leave this value blank, then no terms and conditions will be shown on your quotes.
To save your heading and terms and conditions, press the 'Update quote template' button.
